PLANT AND OFFICES
The company covers a total area of 24,000 m², organized to efficiently support all stages of production, from steel processing to final product inspection. The spaces are divided into functional areas dedicated to:
- 2,200 m² of plant dedicated to production lines for hot stamping and rolling
- 500 m² dedicated to equipment construction and the quality control area
- 1,700 m² of covered storage for materials and finished components
- 19,600 m² of open storage areas for handling, raw material management, and logistics
A layout that ensures smooth operational flows, safety, storage capacity, and process continuity, guaranteeing speed, precision, and organization at every production stage.
Infrastructure and Sustainability
In recent years, the company has made significant investments in its infrastructure, including the construction of new pump rooms and closed-loop cooling water tanks, and the installation of fully inspectable service tunnels to ensure greater efficiency, safety, and operational continuity.
Additionally, as part of a strategy focused on environmental sustainability and energy impact reduction, a 2,500 m² photovoltaic system has been installed to generate renewable energy, contributing to CO₂ emissions reduction and improving the energy self-sufficiency of the production site.

Our Machinery
Advanced equipment for hot stamping and rolling
The company has four stamping lines with vertical mechanical presses ranging from 1,600 to 2,500 tons of force, induction heating furnaces, and hot shearing equipment. These lines allow the production of a range of components with an outer diameter from 60 mm to 1,000 mm, a height up to 120 mm, and a weight ranging from 1 kg to 35 kg, working with a wide variety of materials, including standard and special through-hardened steels, carbon steels, alloyed and microalloyed steels, as well as case-hardened and quenched & tempered steels. Our production system, with volumes exceeding one million pieces per year, is capable of responding promptly and flexibly to a wide range of customer requirements.
